It may be hard to believe, but the shorter the wick, the better and safer burn you get! 🕯️if you leave your wood wick untrimmed, it is going to make your flame way too high and have it dance around. Not only will you burn through your candle MUCH quicker, but it’s not always safe to have that either. Pinching (our wicks are super easy to pinch off) or trimming your wick to get it AS SHORT as you can get it is the best thing you can do! The flame shortens, it’s more controlled, your candle burns better, and you aren’t worrying about a huge dancing flame! It may sound contradictory but yes - the SHORTER the wick, the BETTER the burn!
